The Netgraph Self-Service Portal provides a secure and user-friendly interface for managing access, guests, and devices within the organization’s wireless or wired networks. It is designed to be mobile-first, responsive, and adaptive to each organization’s access policies and branding.
Authentication & Login #
Users can sign in using one of two authentication methods:
-
SAML Single Sign-On (SSO): Enables seamless login through corporate identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace.
-
Magic Link via Email: Users can enter their email address and receive a one-time access link, provided their domain or address is authorized in the system.
Depending on configuration, the login page can include multiple languages, company branding, and localized background themes.
Mobile-First Design #
The portal is fully optimized for mobile devices, ensuring that users can view guest requests, whitelist devices, or review visitor form response logs directly from a smartphone or tablet.
Responsive layout and dynamic components automatically adapt to the screen size — no app installation required.
Light & Dark Mode #
The interface automatically follows the user’s system theme, switching between light and dark mode for optimal readability and accessibility.
Administrators can also define a preferred default theme per tenant or customer.
Access Policy & Dynamic Content #
The content and modules displayed in the portal are dynamically adapted to the organization’s Access Policy.
For example:
-
If Conference Management is disabled, the My Conferences section will not appear.
-
If only device onboarding is allowed, the user will only see the My Devices view.
-
Access levels and permissions are fully policy-driven and can be configured per user group or domain.
This ensures that every organization delivers a tailored and compliant experience aligned with its network security model.
Management & Functions #
Once logged in, users can:
-
Manage guests with time-limited Wi-Fi access
-
Create and manage conference groups for larger events
-
View and download visit reports per conference
-
Review all personal connected devices and add new ones
-
Whitelist specific devices (e.g. Apple TV, Chromecast, Sonos, IoT units) for automatic connection
All management actions are logged and traceable for audit and compliance purposes.
