EntryPoint is Netgraph’s cloud-based RADIUSaaS platform designed to deliver secure, flexible, and scalable network authentication for enterprise, campus, and service provider environments.
It supports multiple deployment models and integrates seamlessly with Cisco Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, and other network infrastructures supporting the RADIUS standard protocol.
For all RADIUS-based functions (except Cisco iPSK), EntryPoint provides full compatibility across vendors and platforms that implement standard RADIUS communication.
The service can also be backed by an external identity store such as Microsoft Entra ID, enabling centralized user and device identity management.
The service is available in two generations:
-
EntryPoint 2.0 – the modern EAP-based RADIUS service supporting 802.1X (EAP-TLS / EAP-PEAP), advanced certificate-based authentication, audit logging, and a self-service portal for users and administrators. It also includes an optional RADIUS Proxy / eduroam mode for federated or multi-domain environments.
-
EntryPoint 1.0 – the legacy Cisco iPSK-based model designed for simplified onboarding of IoT, BYOD, and shared network environments.
Each version of the service includes detailed sections describing requirements and dependencies, implementation guidelines, authentication methods, administration, and self-service features.
