The Admin Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of network and user activity within the Netgraph platform. This page is accessible immediately after logging into the administration portal.
Key Metrics Displayed #
The top section of the dashboard summarizes the following information at a glance:

Online Devices: The number of currently active devices.

Logins Last 24 hours: Number of logins made today out of the total.

Email Guests: Number of guests registered via email, including how many are verified.

Active Whitelistings: Total active whitelistings and how many were added today.
-
Meeting Hosts: Number of active meeting host requests.

Conference Guests: Number of guests currently participating in active conferences.

Active Quick Access: Number of active Quick Access sessions today.

Active Passwords: Passwords currently in use and their associated login counts.
Graphs and Visual Data #
Two primary graphs appear at the bottom of the dashboard:

Online Devices Graph
This line chart shows the fluctuation of online devices over time. You can filter the view by time ranges such as Today, 1 Week, 1 Month, 6 Months, or 1 Year. -
Network Traffic (Mbps) Graph
When the Service Gateway is enabled, this additional graph becomes visible, showing:-

Access and Customization #
Users can navigate to the dashboard via the sidebar and use filtering tools and view toggles (available next to the graphs) for deeper insights or exporting data.
