SaaS Delivery Option #
The Netgraph Connectivity Platform is delivered as standard in a public cloud service (Amazon – AWS) under strict delivery methods and with high security based on GDPR and EU requirements for information security.
As an additional service, Netgraph Connectivity Platform can be delivered in its entirety within Sweden’s borders with only Swedish-owned companies as partners. In accordance with recommendations for Swedish Public Administration and Swedish Government Agencies.

Licensing #
EntryPoint RADIUS as a Service is licensed per active endpoint RADIUS session, where an endpoint is defined as a unique MAC address that authenticates via RADIUS. Each endpoint consuming RADIUS authentication counts toward the license.
Time-to-Live (TTL) for RADIUS Sessions #
Each licensed login via EntryPoint is valid for a defined period, known as the Time-to-Live (TTL) of the active RADIUS session.
-
The default TTL is 24 hours from the time of authentication. This means that a device or user authenticated through the service counts as a licensed usage for 24 hours.
-
The TTL may be longer than 24 hours if the network’s RADIUS infrastructure is configured with extended session lifetimes. EntryPoint will honor longer TTL values defined in attributes such as
Session-Timeoutreturned in the Access-Accept message from the authentication server. -
However, the minimum TTL is always 24 hours, regardless of shorter session values in the RADIUS infrastructure. This ensures that each license remains valid for at least one full day.
This approach ensures predictable and fair license counting, even in complex network environments where sessions may be reused or extended.

Minimum Purchase & Scaling #
- The service requires a minimum purchase of 100 endpoints to get started.
- Additional endpoints can be added flexibly as needed.
- Pricing follows a volume discount model, where the cost per endpoint decreases as the number of licensed endpoints increases.
Volume Discount Structure #
| Number of Endpoints | Description |
|---|---|
| 0 – 499 | Endpoint count from 0 to 500 |
| 500 – 1999 | Endpoint count from 500 to 2000 |
| 2000 – 3499 | Endpoint count from 2000 to 3500 |
| 3500 – 4999 | Endpoint count from 3500 to 5000 |
| 5000 – 7999 | Endpoint count from 5000 to 8000 |
| 8000+ | Endpoint count greater than 8000 |
Billing & Contract Options #
- Licenses are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
- Discounts are available for long-term contracts, but a flexible, rolling subscription is also an option.
Global License – No Service-Specific Restrictions #
- The license applies globally across EntryPoint services, meaning Dot1x, iPSK, and MAB authentication all share the same pool of licensed endpoints.
- There is no extra licensing required for compliance checks against Intune or similar integrations.
Multi-Context & User Management #
- Each tenant can create up to five contexts, with each context operating as an independent RADIUS service for different networks.
- There is no limit on the number of groups, self-service users, or context assignments, allowing flexible network segmentation and user management.
Service and Support #
Service and support license is available in different SLA levels.
| Service and Support license | Product SKU |
| Standard SLA and Support. 8-17, 5×7 (8am to 5pm, Monday – Friday) | NC-SLA-STANDARD |
| Extended SLA and Support. 8-22, 7×365 (8am to 10pm, every day of the year) | NC-SLA-PREMIUM |
| Extended SLA and Support. 24x7x365 (24hrs a day, every day of the year) | NC-SLA-EXCLUSIVE |
This licensing model ensures cost-efficiency, scalability, and flexibility, making it easy for organizations to grow their RADIUS as a Service in line with their needs.
